Novian is a project management tool built for construction professionals. By using Novian, you agree to these terms.

You must be 18 or older to use Novian. You are responsible for the activity in your workspace and the data you upload.

Your data belongs to you. Novian does not claim ownership of any content you create or upload.

You may not use Novian to store illegal content, harass others, or attempt to breach the security of the platform. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended.

Novian is provided as is. We do not currently guarantee uptime or offer an SLA.

Novian collects the information you provide when you sign in and use the app: your name, email address, project data, photos, and files.

We use this information to run your workspace only. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Novian uses the following third party services to operate: Google Firebase for data storage and authentication, Resend for email, Twilio for SMS notifications, and QuickBooks for financial integrations.
